JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has filed the present petition challenging the order dated 12.08.2015 (Annexure P/1) and prayed for a direction to the respondents to not to close the branch of Karthua of Zila Sahkari Kendriya Bank Ltd. Singrauli by considering representation of the petitioner.

(2.) District Co-Operative Central Bank Ltd. Sidhi, on a finding that nine of its branches i.e.,Sahji, Patpara, Lehchua, Podi, Bagdara, Mada, Karthua, Bagaiya and Kusmi were opened without following any procedure and without any permission from the concerned authority directed for its closure which is order dated 12.08.2015 (Annexure P/1).

(3.) Petitioner who was account holder in one of the branches at Karthua has preferred this petition seeking quashment of the order dated 12.08.2015 and a direction to Writ Petition No.18461/2016
