(3.) This is an application under Section 438 of CrPC for grant of anticipatory bail. The applicant apprehends her arrest in connection with Crime No. 267/2017 registered at Police Station Karera, District Shivpuri for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 189, 294, 353, 436, 115, 504, 506 of IPC.
