This criminal revision under Section 397,401 of CrPC has been filed against the order dated 12/04/2017 passed by Sessions Judge, Gwalior in Special Sessions Trial No.44/2015 by which the Trial Court has refused to defer the cross-examination of the witnesses and closed the right of the applicants to cross-examine the witnesses.
