(2.) This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicants under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(3.) The applicants are in custody since 23.04.2017, in Connection with Crime No.116/2017 registered at Police Station Jaisingh Nagar, District Shahdol (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20 of N.D.P.S., Act and Section 420/34 of IPC.
