C. for grant of bail to the applicant as he been arrested on 29.04.2017 in connection of Crime No. 287/2017 registered at Police Station Garha, district Jabalpur for commission of offences punishable under Sections 364 -A, 365, 190 of IPC. Another co-accused, Shivam Sahu has been granted bail, vide order dated 12.06.2017 in M.Cr.C. No. 8768 of 2017.
