JUDGEMENT

(1.) Arguments heard. Case diary perused.

(2.) This is first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of applicant Sugriv, who is in custody since 9.4.2016 in relation to Crime No.144/2016 registered at Police Station Sohagpur, District Hoshangabad (MP) for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 302, 201, 376(D) and 376(A), 449 of the I.P.C. and sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

(3.) According to the prosecution story, the allegation against the applicant along with other co-accused persons committed rape with the prosecutrix and thereafter murdered her.
