JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard.

(2.) This is first bail application filed by the applicant/accused under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.70/2017 registered at Police Station Chandameta District Chhindwara (MP) for the offences under Section 177, 181, 420, 120-B of the IPC.

(3.) Allegation against the applicant is that he hatched conspiracy with the co-accused to prepare false birth certificate mentioning false father's name of Monica as daughter of co-accused Yadu Singh to claim share in the ancestral property while she is daughter of Narayan Singh.
