JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ appeal is preferred under Section 2 (1) of the Madhya Pradesh Uchcha Nyayalaya (Khandpeeth Ko Appeal) Adhiniyam, 2005 against the final order dated 31.8. 2015 passed in W.P. No.448/2013 (s) and the order dated 11.4. 2016 in R.P. No. 75/2016.
