JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., 1973 by petitioner - Pratap Singh, who has been arrested by police on 7.7.2016 in Crime No.285/2016 of Police Station Nahargarh, District Mandsaur, concerning offences under Section 8/15 and 29 of the Narcotic Drug Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the case-diary.

(3.) Allegedly, on 7.7.2016, on the basis of secret information, the petitioner was intercepted by Police and 43 Kg. of poppy-straw was recovered from possession of the petitioner, which was being taken on motorcycle bearing Registration No. MP-14-MC-7115.
