JUDGEMENT

(1.) In the present Intra-Court appeal the challenge has been made to the order dtd. 18/8/2017 passed by learned Single Bench whereby the petition filed by the petitioner challenging the transfer order has been dismissed with cost of Rs.5000.00.

(2.) The petitioner challenged the legality and validity of the transfer order dtd. 30/6/2017 whereby he has been transferred from Paschatvarti Sampariksha, District " " Sagar to Regional Office Local Fund Sampariksha, Sagar.

(3.) The petitioner is holding the post of Sub-Auditor. The challenge has been made on the ground that the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfers as he had joined at Sagar only in the month of August, 2016.
