(3.) THE instant petition is for invoking the inherent powers of this court under Section 482 of Cr. PC for setting aside the impugned order dated 17th August, 2006 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Sabalgarh in Sessions trial No. 45/03, wherein the learned Judge, while allowing an application filed on behalf of the complainant under Section 319 of Cr. PC has taken cognizance against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of IPC and consequently issued warrant of arrest against him.
