(1.) These petitions are heard as connected matters and are being disposed of by this common order.
(2.) Briefly stated, the facts of the case are that the petitioners obtained loan from the Banks. The petitioner of Writ Petition No. 21 of 1995 obtained loan from State Bank, Branch Sanwer. The petitioner of Writ Petition No. 143 of 1995 obtained loan from Punjab National Bank, Kanthal, Ujjain. The petitioner of Writ Petition No. 652 of 1995 obtained loan from UCO Bank, New Palasiya, Indore. The petitioner of Writ Petition No. 1044 of 1995 obtained loan from Bank of India, Branch Barwaha, District Khargone. The petitioner of Writ Petition No. 1054 of 1995 obtained loan from Pena Bank, Jal Road, Indore. The petitioner of Writ Petition No. 604 of 1993 obtained loan from State Bank, Branch Sanwer. The petitioner of Writ petition No. 495 of 1993 obtained loan from Bank of India, Branch Barwaha. The petitioner of Writ Petition No. 1053 of 1995 obtained loan from Dena Bank, Jail Road, Indore. Treating the petitioners defaulters, the creditor-Banks wrote to the Revenue Authorities. In Writ Petition No. 21 of 1995, Tehsildar Sanwer issued demand notice under Section 146 of the M. P. Land Revenue Code, 1959 (for short 'the Code'). In Writ Petition No. 143 of 1995, Naib Tehsildar, Ujjain issued demand notice under Madhya Pradesh Lokadhan (Shodhya Rashiyon Ki Vasuli) Rules, 1988 (for short 'the Rule') and under Section 146 of the Code. In Writ Petition No. 652 of 1995, Naib Tehsildar, Indore issued demand notice under the aforesaid Rule. In Writ Petition No. 1044 of 1995, the Tehsildar, Barwaha issued demand notice under the aforesaid Rule. In Writ Petition No. 1054 of 1995, Naib Tehsildar, Indore issued demand notice under the aforesaid Rule. In Writ Petition No. 604 of 1993, Tehsildar Sanwer issued demand notice under Section 146 of the Code. In Writ Petition No. 495 of 1993, Tehsildar Khargone issued demand notice under the aforesaid Rule. In Writ Petition No. 1053 of 1995, Tehsildar Indore issued demand notice under the aforesaid Rule. Aggrieved by these demand notices, the petitioners have filed these separate writ petitions.
