JUDGEMENT

(1.) They are heard and perused the case diary.

(2.) This is the applicants' first bail application filed under Sec. 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/ Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. as they are implicated in connection with Crime No.284/2025 registered at Police Station Gautampura, Tahsil Depalpur, District- Indore (MP) for offence punishable under Ss. 118(1), 324(4), 109(1), 296(d), 351(2) va 3(5),190, 191(2), 191(3) of the B.N.S Act and Sec. 25 of the Arms Act. The applicants are in custody since 21/12/2025.

(3.) The allegation against the applicants is of assault on the complainant party.
