JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed under Sec. 482 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dtd. 16/12/2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jabalpur in Criminal Appeal No.521/2025, whereby the appellate court while granting the benefit of suspension of sentence awarded a pre-condition of depositing 20% of the compensation amount within one month.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks only relief with regard to enhance the period of depositing the 20% compensation amount and has submitted that the appellate court while granting the benefit of suspension of sentence awarded a pre-condition of depositing 20% of the compensation amount within a period of one month. He has further submitted that the petitioner is not in position to deposit the 20% of the compensation amount within one month, therefore, some more time may be granted to the petitioner to deposit the 20% amount of compensation.

(3.) In view of the aforesaid limited prayer of the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to deposit 20% amount of compensation within a period of three months from today before the concerned Court. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of.
