JUDGEMENT

(1.) They are heard and perused the case diary.

(2.) This is the applicant's first bail application filed under Sec. 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/ Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is implicated in connection with Crime No.203/2025 registered at Police Station Kanvan, District- Dhar (MP) for offence punishable under Ss. 137(2), 96,64(1),64(2)(m), 65(1) of BNS 2023 and Sec. 3/4, 5L/6 of the POCSO Act, 2012. The applicant is in custody since 30/11/2025.

(3.) The allegation against the applicant is of abduction and rape.
