JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard on I.A. No.408/2026, an application under Sec. 5 of the Limitation Act.

(2.) For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed and the delay of 03 days in filing this MCC is hereby condoned.

(3.) This application has been filed for extension of time to deposit the cost of Rs.20,000.00, as imposed by this Court by order dtd. 12/8/2025, passed in S.A. No. 300/2011.
