JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant has filed this First application under Sec. 483 of BNSS/439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 21/2/2026 in connection with Crime No.179 of 2025 registered at Police Station Girwai, District Gwalior (M.P.) in relation to the offence punishable under Ss. 125, 296, 115 (2), 351 (2), 190, 191 (2), 191 (3) of BNS and Sec. 30 of Arms Act.

(3.) Allegation against the present applicant is that he along-with other co-accused persons have committed marpeet with the complainant party by means of fire-arm.
