JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard finally with the consent of the parties.

(2.) M.Cr.C. No.5624/2026 has been filed by the petitioners under Sec. 482 of Cr.P.C./Sec. 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashment of FIR/charge sheet bearing Crime No.99/2025 for the offence punishable under Ss. 115(2), 296, 351(2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Khudel, District Indore and other consequential proceedings.

(3.) M.Cr.C. No.327/2026 has been filed by the petitioners under Sec. 482 of Cr.P.C./Sec. 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashment of FIR/charge sheet bearing Crime No.100/2025 for the offence punishable under Ss. 74, 76, 296, 115(2), 351(2), 117(2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Khudel, District Indore and other consequential proceedings.
