JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is fourth bail application under Sec. 483 of BNSS filed by the applicant for grant of temporary bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 28/8/2023 by Police Station-Janakganj, District Gwalior in connection with Crime No.524/2023, registered in relation to the offence punishable under Ss. 302, 307, 294, 323, 324, 147, 148, 149 of IPC and Sec. 25, 25(B), 27 of Arms Act.

(3.) It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that mother of the applicant has expired on 12/1/2026 and her thirteenth day ceremony is scheduled to be held on 26/1/2026 and present applicant is required to attend the ceremony. Therefore, it is prayed that applicant be enlarged on temporary bail for attending the thirteenth day ceremony.
