JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant has filed this first bail application u/S.483 of BNSS 2023 for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.200/2025 registered at Police Station Station Road, District Morena (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Ss. 109, 117(2), 125, 3(5) and 296 of the BNS and Sec. 25/27 of the Arms Act.

(2.) Learned counsel for the applicant confined his argument to the fact that he has filed an application I.A. No.3350/2026 for interim bail on the ground of death of the father of the present applicant.
