JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first bail application under Sec. 483 of BNSS filed by the applicant for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 29/11/2025 by Police Station-Morar, District Gwalior in connection with Crime No.523/2025, registered in relation to the offence punishable under Ss. 296 (B), 109 (1), 333, 125 (B), 351 (3), 61 (2) and 3 (5) of BNS and Sec. 25/27 of Arms Act.

(3.) Allegation against the present applicant is that he along-with other co-accused has assaulted the complainant by means of a fire-arms, due to which the complainant had sustained grievous injuries.
