JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner No.1 Lokendra Rathore is the husband, Petitioner No.2 Om Prakash Rathore is the father-in-law and Petitioner No.3 Smt. Geeta Devi Rathore is the mother-in-law of the complainant/respondent No.2 Smt. Shalini Rathore.

(2.) At the outset, counsel for the petitioners does not press the petition on behalf of the petitioner no.1 Lokendra Singh Rathore.

(3.) Consequently, the petition is dismissed qua petitioner no.1 Lokendra Rathore.
