JUDGEMENT

(1.) They are heard and perused the case diary.

(2.) This is the applicant's first bail application filed under Sec. 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/ Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is implicated in connection with Crime No.303/2025 registered at Police Station Garoth, District- Indore (MP) for offence punishable under Ss. 8/22 and 29 of N.D.P.S. Act. The applicant is in custody since 25/10/2025.

(3.) The allegation against the applicant is that he was also involved in the aforesaid case, wherein 160 grams of MD, commercial quantity of which is 50 grams, has been seized from the possession of co-accused persons Bharat Singh and Kaan Singh, who in their disclosure memo have stated that the aforesaid contraband was obtained with the help of the present applicant from other co-accused persons namely Rajendra Singh S/o RamSingh, Dhara Singh, Prahlad Singh and Gopal Singh.
