JUDGEMENT

(1.) With the consent of both the parties, matter is finally heard.

(2.) The petitioners have filed this present petition against the inaction of the respondents in not granting the revised pay -scale of Rs.15600 -39100+5400 grade pay in the pay scale of Rs.5500 -175 -9000 at par with the other similarly situated persons.

(3.) The petitioners were working on the post of Shift Manager in the Office of Veterinary Department and they have been granted pay scale of Rs.5500 -175 -9000, however the persons who are similarly situated with the petitioners have been granted pay scale of Rs.15600 -39100+5400 grade pay.
