(2.) Petitioner seeks quashment of order -dated 6.5.2016 which is in the following terms -

Apparently, as rightly pointed out by learned Government Advocate that the said communication is to one Dinesh Kumar son of Kunwarji Bhai Oswal; whereby, he is informed that allotment of Shop No.3 is cancelled as the same is being let out in violation of Clause 4 of the Agreement. And, the petitioner has no locus standi to question the same.
