JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition is filed by the petitioner challenging mark sheet Annexure P -1 issued by respondent University. According to the petitioner in the Examination of B.A. Final in subject Sociology he was given zero marks when the petitioner has appeared in the said examination.

(2.) THE notices of this petition were issued to the respondent University. The respondent University has filed its return stating that zero mark in subject Sociology was awarded to the petitioner due to the mistake of computer. Actually, petitioner has obtained 78 marks i.e. 39 marks in each paper and he has declared passed in I1nd Division. According to the counsel for the respondents this is a bona fide mistake which occurred during the operation of mark sheet.
