JUDGEMENT

(1.) M .C.C. No. 291/95 has been filed by the applicant for setting aside the order passed by this Court on 18.4.1994; whereby the First Appeal No. 239/92 filed by the appellant/applicant was dismissed for non -payment of Court -fee. The order dated 18.4.1994 reads as under : -
