JUDGEMENT

(1.) I.A. No.428/2022 has been filed for recall of order dtd. 18/1/2022.

(2.) By order dtd. 18/1/2022, I.A. No. 2862/2021, an application filed under Order 22 Rule 4 r.w. Rule 9 of CPC, and I.A. No. 2864/2021, an application under Sec. 5 of Limitation Act, for substitution of the legal representatives of appellant - Dashrath Singh Dandotiya, were allowed.

(3.) It is submitted by counsel for the respondent that although the respondents were represented by their counsel but the aforesaid applications were argued by another counsel for the respondent, therefore, the order dtd. 18/1/2022 is liable to be recalled.
