JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is third bail application under Sec. 483 of BNSS filed by the applicant for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 25/11/2024 by Police Station-Bhander, District Datia in connection with Crime No.12/2024, registered in relation to the offence punishable under Ss. 323, 294, 506, 336, 307 of IPC and Sec. 25/27 of Arms Act.

(3.) Allegation against the present applicant is that he along with co- accused has assaulted the complainant party, due to which the complainant sustained injuries.
