JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is second bail application filed on behalf of applicant under Sec. 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

(2.) The applicant is in jail since 22/4/2025 in connection with Crime No.435 of 2025 registered at P.S. GRP Katni, District-Katni for the offence punishable under Ss. 8/20 of NDPS Act.

(3.) Prosecution story in brief is that applicant was found in possession of 7 Kg 560 grams of ganja, without any licence.
