JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicants under Sec. 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

(2.) The applicants are in custody since 14/10/2025 in connection with Crime No.498/2025 registered at P.S.-Bamhni, District-Mandla (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sec. 34(2) of M.P. Excise Act.

(3.) Prosecution story, in brief, is that applicant No.2 Ramakant Nanda kept 538 bulk liters liquor in abandoned house of applicant No.1 Pancham Nanda and aforesaid liquor belonged to co-accused Kovind.
