JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order shall govern disposal of WP No.29135/2025, 39256/2024 and WP No.20475/2025 as well.

(2.) WP No.39256/2024 has been filed assailing the order dtd. 14/11/2024 (Annexure P/1) by which the charge of the post which was with the petitioner, was sought to be handed over to private respondent Shri Gyan Singh Pawar. In this case, there is an interim order dtd. 17/12/2024 is in force.

(3.) WP No.20475/2025 has been filed questioning the order dtd. 23/05/2025 (Annexure P/1) by which the petitioner has been placed under suspension. In this case also there in an interim order dtd. 20/06/2025 is in force.
