JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first bail application under Sec. 483 of BNSS/Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 1/12/2025 by Police Station-Chachoda, District Guna in connection with Crime No.541/2024, registered in relation to the offence punishable under Ss. 137 (2), 64 (2) (M) of BNS and Sec. 5/6 of POCSO Act.

(3.) As per the case of the prosecution, the allegation against the present applicant is that he committed rape upon the prosecutrix, who is aged 15 years. On the basis of such allegation, the above crime was registered.
