JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first application filed by the applicant under Sec. 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 27/8/2025 in connection with Crime No.335/2025 registered at Police Station - Vijaypur, District Sheopur for offence under Ss. 34(1) and 49(a) of Excise Act.

(3.) Prosecution story, in short, is that on 27/8/2025 ASI Roop Singh along with other staff intercepted the applicant and during search 05 bulk litres country made liquor have been recovered from the possession of the present applicant which was unfit for human consumption.
