JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first bail application under Sec. 483 of BNSS filed by the applicant for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 13/11/2025 by Police Station-Bhitarwar, District Gwalior in connection with Crime No.290/2025, registered in relation to the offence punishable under Ss. 304 (2), 309 (4), 111 (1) of BNS and Sec. 11/13 of M.P.D.V.P.K. Act as well as Sec. 25/27 of Arms Act.

(3.) The allegation against the present applicant is that he along with co-accused snatched the delivery bag of the complainant contained several delivery parcels and Rs.3,600.00 in cash.
