AASHIK KHAN Vs. STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant under Sec. 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

(2.) The applicant is in custody since 6/11/2025 in connection with Crime No.791/2025 registered at P.S.-Kotwali Narmadapuram District-Narmadapuram (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Ss. 109, 296, 115 (2), 351(3) and 3(5) of BNS.

(3.) Prosecution story in brief is that applicant along with co-accused person Rohan Tiwari caught hold off Golu and co-accused Rajdeep Hada assaulted him with stones over the head. Prior to the aforesaid incident, co-accused Rishi Sarathe assaulted Kasim with knife and Rohan Tiwari assaulted with kicks and fists.
