(3.) M.Cr.C. No. 184/2013 has been filed for quashment of offences under sections 9(1)(b) and 37(2)(c) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The petitioners in M.Cr.C. No. 8948/2013 are father and brothers of the petitioner in M.Cr.C. No. 184/2013.
