JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD finally with consent.

(2.) THIS writ petition has been filed by the petitioners claiming time bound pay scale/krammonati in terms of the circulars of the State dated 17/3/99 and 19/4/99.

(3.) THE stand of the respondents is that since the petitioner is working in the work charged and contingency paid establishment, therefore, the scheme of krammonati as contained in the circular dated 17/3/99/ 19/4/99 is not applicable to the petitioner and therefore, his case for grant of krammonat pay scale deserves to be rejected.
