JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition shall also govern the disposal of W.P. No. 656/03.

(2.) Petitioner Shri Badri Prasad Verma has filed this petition with a prayer to direct the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to appoint the petitioner on the post of Sanvida Shala Shikshak Grade-III in place of Respondent No. 5. Devkaran Verma, who has been removed from service with effect from 6.3.2002.

(3.) W.P. No. 656/03 is filed by Devkaran Verma, who is Respondent No. Sin W.P. No. 1578/02, with a prayer to quash the order dated 5.8.02, 18.11.02 and 27.1.2003, whereby the petitioner has been removed from service.
