JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is an employee of respondent No. 1 and at present occupies the post of Branch Manager at Khilchipur on his transfer from Kanthal Branch, Ujjain. He claims his transfer to Khilchipur is violative of transfer and placement policy (Annexure P.3) and is malafide. He has, therefore, filed this petition for an appropriate writ against the order of transfer.

(2.) Respondents have filed reply to show cause notice.

(3.) I have heard both sides.
