(1.) APPLICANT Billu, Kanhaiya, Nannu, Lakhansingh, Munshi, Virendrasingh, Om and Guddu are involved in Crime No. 281/94, u/Ss. 147, 148,302 read with S. 149 IPC by P.S. Ashoknagar, District Guna.

(2.) PERUSED the FIR and the injury report.

(3.) ALL the accused from the complainant side were bailed out. Three co -accused have already been bailed out in this case.
