OMPRAKASH BHOI Vs. STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition under Sec. 482 of the Cr.P.C has been filed for correction of typographical error crept in the order dtd. 18/1/2024 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 833 of 2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that bail application of the applicant under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. was allowed by this Court vide order dtd. 18/1/2024 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 833 of 2024, but due to inadvertent mistake in the cause-title of the order, name of father of the applicant has wrongly been mentioned as "Muralidhar Bhoi" whereas he is known as "Muralidhar @ Mulla Bhoi", therefore, it is prayed that the aforesaid order be modified to the aforesaid extent.

(2.) In view of aforesaid and perusal of the record, it appears that in the order dtd. 18/1/2024 passed in MCRC No. 833 of 2024, due to typographical mistake, name of father of the applicant has wrongly been mentioned as "Muralidhar Bhoi" in place of "Muralidhar @ Mulla Bhoi'. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and it is directed that in the cause-title of order dtd. 18/1/2024 passed in MCRC No. 833 of 2024, in place of 'Muralidhar Bhoi" it be read as 'Muralidhar @ Mulla Bhoi' .

(3.) The rest of order dtd. 18/1/2024 shall be kept intact. This order shall be read in conjunction with the order dtd. 18/1/2024 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 833 of 2024. A copy of this order passed today be kept in the record of M.Cr.C. No. 833 of 2024. Certified copy as per rules.
