AMICHAND Vs. STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application under Sec. 439 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of temporary bail to the applicant on the ground that his father has expired on 3/1/2014 and his 13th day ceremony is to be performed on 15/1/2024.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 16/9/2022 in connection with Crime No.783/2022 by Police Station Dhamnod, District Dhar (M.P.) registered in relation to the offences punishable under Sec. 294, 34, 436, 307 and 323.

(3.) Along with the application, the document as regards death of the father of the applicant on 3/1/2024 has also been filed.
