JUDGEMENT

(1.) These two appeals are filed challenging the order dtd. 26/09/2022 passed by the writ Court in W.P. No. 9782/2018, whereby the appointment of appellant Rishi Pathak to the post of Scientific Officer has been set aside and a cost of Rs.50,000.00 has been imposed upon the MPPSC.
