(1.) This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:-

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Gwalior in the case of Yogendra Singh Bhadauria and Ors. Vs. State of Madhya Pradesh and Ors. W.A. No.645 of 2020 dtd. 22/9/2020 , which reads as under:-
