(1.) This petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking following relief(s):-

(2.) It appears that by this petition, the petitioner is seeking correction in the revenue entries. However, the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing an application under Ss. 109, 115 of MPLR Code.

(3.) Accordingly, with aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed.
