JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is second application under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail filed by the applicant/accused relating to FIR/Crime No.598/2017 registered at Police Station ' Manawar, District Dhar for the offence punishable under Ss. 302 and 201 of IPC.

(2.) His first bail application was allowed vide order dtd. 14/6/2018 passed by this Court in MCRC No.21806/2018.

(3.) It is a case of bail jump. Applicant is in custody since 22/4/2024.
