(2.) This is the first application filed u/S.439 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner for grant of bail.

(3.) The petitioner has been arrested on 25/4/2024 by Police Station Hanumantal, Jabalpur in connection with Crime No.196/2024 registered in relation to offences punishable u/S.419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC.
