JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD on I.A.No.2922/2013, an application for condonation of delay.

(2.) THIS review petition was listed for analogous hearing alongwith Review Petition No.163/2013. Both the parties had agreed for analogous hearing, however, Review Petition No.163/2013 was heard on 3.4.2014 and the order was dictated on board. This Review Petition could not be heard on the same day.

(3.) WE would like to consider the application for condonation of delay alongwith the merits of the case.
