JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Shri Akash Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioners on the question of admission.

(2.) THE learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed this petition being aggrieved by the fact that the respondents/authorities are not holding regular DPC as prescribed by rules for making promotion on the post of Dy. Director/Divisional Sports and Youth Welfare Officer.

(3.) IN view of the aforesaid, without entering into the merits of the case the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the effect that in case the petitioners file a detailed representation along with a copy of the order passed today and a copy of the petition before the authority concerned within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided by the authority concerned in accordance with law and rules preferably within a period of six months thereafter.
